摘要

目的 考察交联聚维酮(PVPP)固化肉桂挥发油的适用性。方法 采用交联聚维酮固化肉桂挥发油,以桂皮醛收率为指标,优选交联聚维酮的种类和用量。结果 发现粒径较小的交联聚维酮为固化载体时桂皮醛收率较高,且肉桂挥发油与交联聚维酮最佳固化比例为1∶2,该比例下所制备的固化粉末中桂皮醛的体外溶出速率加快,粉体学性质较好,稳定性提高。结论 交联聚维酮固化挥发油具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the process of solidifying the volatile oil of Cinnamomum cassia with polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (PVPP). METHODS Volatile oil of Cinnamomum cassia was solidified by PVPP. The variety and amount of PVPP were optimized with the cinnamaldehyde yield as index. The solidification powder was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The effects of PVPP on the dissolution in vitro and thermal stability of cinnamaldehyde were studied. RESULTS When PVPP with smaller size was used, the cinnamaldehyde yield was higher. The best ratio of drug to PVPP was 1∶2, at which ratio the dissolution rate of cinnamaldehyde increased, the micromeritic properties of the solidification powder was good, and its thermal stability was improved. CONCLUSION Solidifying volatile oils with PVPP has broad application prospects.
